It always feels "home" in Croatia.

I must admit that this event was the least stressful in years. As I have complete control over the dynamics of such competitions and their organization, everything was easier. Furthermore, it was some of the most enjoyable working hours, as I shared time and tasks with people and colleagues whom I've already worked with before (Split 2022). It's truly amazing to share these kinds of experiences with friends.

A truly remarkable fact: 85% of the organization was led by female colleagues. From the Head of Media (CRO.WP), the Head of Volunteers and Employees, the Head of Logistics, to the Media and Communications responsible from LEN's side, even the speakers—all were women!

I am always profoundly grateful for being a part of this absolutely amazing sports universe.
